What is a PACK ?

A PACK is a complete set of camping equipment that allows you to enjoy an outdoor stay without the hassle of organization. You will find the essentials to enjoy a camping experience. You can refer to the section PACKS  from the website to learn more about their content.

How to improve my camping experience ?

Just check out the section Improve from the website to judge if you would like to have access to additional equipment for your stay. For example, you could have access to a mosquito net shelter to keep mosquitoes away during meals.

How to make a reservation ?

In order to complete a reservation for the rental of camping equipment, we invite you to contact us via the following email address : packlocation@gmail.com. You can also communicate with us via the section Contact us on the website or on the "Messenger" of our facebook page.

How to calculate the number of rental days?

The rental period is determined by the duration (in days) that you are in possession of your complete set of camping equipment. Thus, a reservation for 3 days is equivalent to a camping stay of 2 nights.  For example, weekends correspond to 3 rental days (from Friday to Sunday).

What are the costs to be paid when booking?

Full payment for the rental is made at the time of booking by Interac transfer. You will be guided through this process at this time. A deposit will be required when reserving the full set of camping equipment. The deposit will be refunded following the verification of the equipment which will be carried out within 5 days following the return of your PACK

Is it possible to cancel a reservation?

Yes, it is possible to cancel the reservation of your PACK free of charge up to 14 days before the date of your reservation.

Is there a minimum number of days for the rental?

Yes, the minimum rental period for a PACK is 3 days. There is no maximum duration for the rental of one or more PACKS.

Is it possible to book for more than four people?

Absolutely ! It is possible to combine several PACKS in order to enjoy a group camping experience. We also have the Group PACK, which is new for 2023.

Does a PACK fit in my vehicle?

The equipment provided in a PACK has been carefully selected to suit almost all vehicles. You can also view the volume of the Duo and Family PACKs (in an SUV and in a small compact car) in the photo galleries of the section PACKS.

 

How to take possession of the full set of camping equipment?

Two options are available to you, either pick-up or delivery. It is possible to pick up the camping set in the town of Chambly where a member of our team will be present to welcome you and give you the equipment.   It is also possible for a member of our team to come to your home (additional charges apply).

How to return the complete set of camping equipment at the end of the stay?

Again, you have two options. You can drop off the equipment at our place of activity located in Chambly or a member of our team can come to your home to pick up the equipment (additional fees apply).

Is it possible to enjoy my PACK with my dog?

Certainly !

When is it possible to pick up or return the complete set of camping equipment?

Pick-up and return times are 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m for Monday through Friday and also 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m for Saturday through Sunday.

What else do I need to do/bring for my camping trip?

You will need to reserve your campsite. All you have to do is bring your clothes (light and warm), raincoat or coat for cool evenings, your hygiene products (first aid kit, sunscreen, soap, etc.), your chargers, ice, your food /drinks and your smile.

What measures are being taken due to COVID-19?

Our equipment is rigorously cleaned and disinfected between each client. The health of our customers is important to us and is our priority.
